Assuming you've just taken delivery of the car, I doubt there's much you can do about this unless you came to some agreement with the dealer to repaint it before you accepted the car. I hear a lot of forum members saying they've received SMS messages but no VIN Number. Can I suggest you contact your local Tesla store and ask them for your VIN Number? If you've been assigned a VIN, they'll have it on their system.
