Hej,
I am not that good in swedish.. so i take it in english.
I bought a blackvue 2-ch DR750s dashcam recently and succesfully completed my installation recently with the continous power supply from the top hood behind ultrasonic sensors.Everything works fine as it should.
When the car is in parking mode for quite a long time.. the recording is stopped for no reason. And when i move in to the car, the wifi on the dashcam is on but it says weak signal.I had to plug off the power and replug to get the power on and then i could see the recording progress. what could be the reason any reasons..or experience in the forum.. ?
Thanks

I have mine connected to a wireless router in the car 24/7. With the latest firmware I have started to get disconnects and connects Evert other hour or so. Before it worked flawless...

Same thing with my 750. It's a bug with live event upload in the 1.006 firmware. Try disabling that or update to 1.007 that was released a couple of days ago and see if it resolves the issue.
1.007 also brings transcoded previews of events (finally), which makes clips load helluvalot faster over 4G when viewing them remotely.

I have 1.007 and still have the connect/disconnect events all day long

Might be separate issues though. Mine froze completely, no other way than pulling the power to bring it back up. Disabling live events at least fixed that issue.
Tried resetting to factory default settings and reformatting the SD card, or downgrading the firmware?
Saw this on Reddit regarding the same issue:
I contacted support and have been informed of this:
“There have been some identified bugs in the v1.006 firmware, causing the issue, which will be fixed in the upcoming version v1.007.
For now please revert back to the previous firmware from the following link until the fix is released.”

I can live with the disconnects for now. It's not a big matter with loss of internet connectivity from time to time. The camera is still recording.

I think i have the firmware version 1,007.. I will try to check it again.
Any recommendations for the wifi hotspot package.. I see Remuz have a 24/7 hotspot in your car with 12v continous supply ..or thru a mobile phone..?

I put a cheap hotspot there with tele2 unlimited. Mostly for youtube and Netflix (kids in the car).

i got some answer from the users in USA regarding the issue.. the solution is you cant use regular micros usd cards except the one delivered from blackvue..
I replaced the card from samsung to blackvue SD card and no issues found so far.

The provided card was only 16GB so that wont do. How do I buy a larger blackvue card?

I found this information from a different forum:
I had issues with my BlackVue where there would be huge gaps between recordings. I thought my camera had gone bad, so I researched the issue online on various car forums. Turns out, the problem was with the microSD card and not the camera. Apparently, Sandisk's microSD card design does not play well with the dashcam's constant rewriting on the card. People recommended the Sandisk High Endurance card (not the Sandisk Ultra one) and Lexar microSD cards.
Since then, I've tried out the Lexar and the Sandisk High-Endurance microSD card and found that they don't have the same issue that my older Sandisk did. Right now, I'm using the 128 GB Lexar card.
Bad Card:
Amazon.com: SanDisk 64GB Mobile Ultra MicroSDXC Class 10 Memory Card with SD Adapter - Retail Packaging: Computers & Accessories
Good Card:
Amazon.com: Lexar High-Performance microSDXC 633x 128GB UHS-I, U1 w/USB 3.0 Reader Flash Memory Card - LSDMI128B1NL633R: Computers & Accessories
Sandisk doesn't make a higher 128 GB capacity High-Endurance card (the largest being 64 GB), so I elected to keep my 128 GB Lexar card in for now. So far, I've had no issues with my dashcam recordings.
