Oväntad positiv klimateffekt av elbilar

Om jag förstår rapporten rätt. Konventionella bilar avger mer värme än elbilar. Därför kan värmen lokalt i ett område stiga vilket genererar följdeffekter såsom att AC i byggnader jobbar hårdare.
