Hello ,
Any recommendations for rear facing car seat for toddler in model 3.
Also, Can you suggest the best placement of the car seat (on which seat should I install ? We are family of 4 (Son : 6 years old and Daughter 1 year old)
My son also uses his car seat for long journey.

Thanks in advance for valuable suggestions.

/Swapnil

One rear facing = behind passenger seat.

Isofix seat is easiest to mount but makes middle seat in the rear impossible to use.

Booster seat for the 6yo can alternate between front passenger seat (turn off airbag) and behind driver depending on if you need to assist your baby during the trip or not.

We had two rear facing seats and one adult in the rear but not with isofix seats. Adult behind driver.

As far as I know there has never been an accident (in any car) where the front passenger airbag deployed with a rear facing child in the front passenger seat. But I would never be able to risk it regardless. If that front passenger airbag were to deploy when a child is travelling in a rear facing seat in that front passenger seat, then that would be catastrophic and fatal for that child...

EDIT: I wrote one more post after this one. But I wasn't thinking straight when writing that post so I deleted it.
