Re. sales, pre launch of AP-New gen, strategy revised, quality issues discussed, etc.
Pre "AP new" sales strategy.
Make fullest use of present stock inventory of parts and pieces. Do not introduce AP new, before fullest utilisation of present stock of parts and pieces is used up in production of "AP-old" cars. We must unfortunately in this process use up some of the inventory originally planned for future stock of spare parts, but is unavoidable if we want to keep at least a minuscle level of positive cash flow within the company at present time. All in all - we must produce cars that have never been ordered, as per above.
Please emphasis the importance of keeping the fact that "AP new" cars are up for imminent start of production, by all means possible, including but not limited to 100% utilisation of NDA for all in this plan participating entities.
Inventory cars are ok:ed for heavy discounts at division CEO discretion. No reason shall be given for discounts at this time. Later in a Tweet I might publicise a letter to employees, that contradicts actions as per above. As long as division leaders and their teams follow the plan herein written, there will be no negative consequences for parties involved as result of such later eventual public Tweet. But the vice versa situation also applies!
After AP new presented, discounts on old inventory can be motivated by the fact that they became outdated overnight as per new AP new hardware.
Use fullest possible market force, including private e mail to prospective buyers to inform about the upcoming price hikes we plan and bring to certain overseas markets, thereby creating purchase stress and hence increasing Q3 /Q4 sales.
Same info policy goes for "free for car". As per limitation / cap put on "free for car", do not (NOT!) reveal any specifics on country specific pricing of future roadside charging.
If customer wants "free for car" included in any kind of legally binding document i.e. contract, then avoid the matter altogether. Make no commitments on this, other than what is stated on the respective country ordering site.
As per above, we do project for producing a heavy surplus or pre AP new cars, so we need to be aggressive and vigilant to keep sales up during this transition, where latest developments are lifting us up in to a new level that will truly become another game changer. While ridding inventory - do not (NOT!) publicise the full and extensive list of inventory cars, as this might create negative publicity on public demand for our products..
To further hike sales, it is ok:ed to make one, possibly two extensions of time frame for "free for car". This is however limited to non revocable purchases that must be fully completed (!) before the July 1st, 2017 presentation of the totally revamped fleet, including the new high precision body panel line, intro of high cap Graphene batts, new "Warp X" high speed chargers, and the totally revamped interiors, -fleetwide.
Above will be the next big game changer and possibly the biggest in company history. Anticipated external, as well as internal competition will create a situation pretty much like the one we now are facing now, by impending generation change into AP new, only in 2017 it will be of a totally new magnitude! The then (July 1st, 2017) available stock of inventory cars will be totally superfluous after the July 2017 presentation. Plan for major incentives to rid stock well before then. Discount in a tiered level manner, up to 45% on (before deadline) available stock. -More if needed; -Subject division leaders discretion.
Repeat - Imperative to rid all inventory before the July 2017 presentation!
Human factor.
As we must anticipate strong upcoming market competition in the premium electric car segment, our base quality must be dramatically enhanced. Present level of quality will simply not face up to par with upcoming competition in the electric car market. There is no "Silver Bullet", but in addition to the during meeting distributed list of actions, I would like us to scout for a few more hires from Lexus, if at all possible. For specifics, please see attachment. Plan financing accordingly.
In addition, we need a more substantial incentive program for key members of our management, not to venture further down the road of brain drain. This will be for board of directors to manage. I will emphasise the urgency also in this matter.
After July 1st 2017, we must all truly adapt to the new world of electric mobility. Consumers will have a lot of options, playing the waiting game being one or them. Consumers will certainly not buy cars with less perceived quality, than the competition, (manufactureres provided charging network or not).
Adding to list of prospective routes to take, please add making use of sister companies in order for customers to receive incentives for buying our products in a "cross border" fashion, selling packages; Integrating solar power, power distribution, power storage, utilisation, etc. Create bundles that create a state of the art, industry leading, combined power management for mobility system for the end user.
As per next meeting in Sept, I expect every team leader to present their team´s plan for its contribution to future increased sales. Keep focused!
Special focus will then also be given to new hired team leaders presentation of upcoming plan for ramping up production of the new baby, while doing this hand in hand with the discussed demand for increased base quality. The combination is essential!
