It was great speaking with you today! In regards to moving your current International Model 3 reservation to a US reservation I will need you to cancel the reservation in your MyTesla account. Please sign in and follow the instructions below.
Log into your account using your MyTesla email and password. Under the Manage tab you will find the link to cancel your reservation.
If you have not logged in before, you can log in by using the email with which you reserved your Model 3 and the “Reset Password” link on the MyTesla login page. It will take approximately 15-20 business days to see your refund reflected in your account. Keep in mind your refund will process while you are still in Sweden in the original form of payment.
Once cancelled please create a new Model 3 reservation and process the payment for the US. When this is completed please send me a confirmation email. Then I can submit to match the original reservation. I look forward to helping you with your transfer. Enjoy the rest of your week.
