SCREEN went OFF while driving

Hello All,
I was driving my Tesla model-3 LR on the highway this Sunday in autopilot mode and suddenly my screen went Off. It was very scary as I panicked for a while and didn't understand what to do.
These wer my observations during that time.
1. The car was still running on autopilot though the screen went off
2. After 5 km, I was entering the city so I wanted to disable the autopilot mode but was not sure how can I check the speed of my Car
3. I noticed that the indicator didn't work when the screen was off
4. As I was driving on the highway I couldn't find a good spot to pull over.
5. I tried a hard reset of the screen by pressing both scroll wheels together but it didn't work either (Maybe because the car was running)
5. The screen went live after 5 mins.
6. It went Off again after 10 mins but this time the car was stationary.

Please suggest to me what should be done in such a tricky situation?
Should I book a service appointment for this as the issue is fixed now but not sure if this happens again.
