Hjälp! Rutan går inte upp!

Jag skulle dra ner rutan och det gick segt. Nu går det inte att få upp rutan. Den vänder efter en dec och går ned i bottenläge.

Det är lite olämpligt väder att köra utan ruta till UV just nu....

Jag skall se om det släpper när den stått i värme!

Hjälp till och dra uppåt med handen. Eller kör in bilen på OK så den får tina.

Kan vara värt att testa om kalibreringen det skrevs om när jag hade problem med rutan hjälper:

Note: Perform both the De-Calibration and Calibration sections of this procedure.

De-Calibration

1. Open the door that has the affected window.

2. Fully raise the window.

3. Use a pen or screwdriver shaft to manually latch the door while it is open.

Note: The latch is fully closed when it clicks twice.

4. Use the interior or exterior door handle to unlatch the door.

5. Press the window switch down to the second position to activate the auto-lower function.

If the window lowers slightly, the regulator has been decalibrated. Skip to the Calibration section.

If the window lowers completely, continue to the next step.

6. Repeatedly activate auto-reverse on the affected window:

a. Enter the vehicle and close the door.

b. Hold a non-marring tool below the upper window seal. Raise the window so that it contacts the tool

and automatically reverses.

c. Repeat the previous sub-step 14 times.

Calibration

Note: Perform the steps in the De-Calibration section before continuing.

1. Enter the vehicle and close the door.

2. Lower the window fully, and continue to hold the window switch down for 2 seconds after the window stops.

3. Raise the window fully, and continue to hold the window switch up for 5 seconds after the window stops.

4. Press the window switch down to the second position to activate the auto-lower function.

If the window lowers completely, the regulator is properly calibrated. Discontinue this procedure.

If the window does not lower completely, repeat step 6 of the De-Calibration procedure, then perform

the Calibration procedure again.

Nu låter det metalliskt när man kör upp/ner. Låter lite ansträngt. Det fungerar men något har släppt/gått sönder.

Jag får lämna in bilen på upplands Väsby! Har de lång kö?

Har exakt samma problem. Ringde Tesla service och kunde komma dit direkt. Nu håller de på att fixa felet. Det var något som gått sönder.

Hur gick det med din ruta? Har det ordnat sig?

Fick samma problem i förrgår kväll. Rutan gick inte stänga. Men besök till servicecenter så bytte dem ut någon trasig del i ruthissen på ett par timmar. Tack till bästa och snabbaste servicen vid Servicecenter Upplands Väsby. Ni är bara bäst.
